(Eryngium foetidum ) The best cilantro flavor herb for hot summers. These have the option for cut- and come-again harvesting and won’t bolt in hot weather! The flavor is more intense than classic cilantro and may hint of lime. If you didn’t like cilantro in the past….. this may be your substitute. Essential in Asian and Latin cuisine.
